Returns & Exchanges
We're committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products, and as such, we offer returns and full refunds if you follow the below steps.
Please thoroughly check all items upon receipt of delivery before removing any attached tags and disposing of any original packaging. All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused. We can only collect returns in the original packaging with the tags and labels attached. We do not offer returns or refunds for items purchased in seasonal sales.
As part of our returns policy, we take full responsibility for the cost of return shipping and any associated fees during the transit of your returned item. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us at email@example.com if you have any questions or concerns regarding your return. Please note that we present product images on our website as a reference guide only, and minor differences between the image displayed and the product received do not count as defects. However, if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please contact us straight away at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, name, email, and relevant photographs for review. To make sure your claim is valid please email us within 7 days of the arrival of your orders.
Upon your request, we will create your return label along with the instructions on how to return your order. Siedres LTD reserves the right to reject any returned items without approved authorisation. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email. You have 20 days from the date of purchase to return the item(s).
When the return parcel arrives at our offices it will undergo thorough quality control to make sure it is in its original, unworn condition, with all product labels intact. Once it has been approved by our quality control team, you will receive a refund.
At this stage, we don’t offer any exchanges and we do apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.
Once we receive the item(s), you will be refunded within 5 - 7 business days to the original payment method. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. When we process the refund, we will return the price stated on our website at the time of the purchase. Please note that refunds may take longer to appear in your account, depending on your credit card issuer.
If you should decide you no longer want to receive your order please reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible at email@example.com for an order cancellation request.
Please note we are unable to turn parcels back or make changes to shipping addresses after shipping. Siedres LTD cannot be held liable for the reimbursement of any shipping costs for change-of-mind purchases. We advise customers to double-check all details related to their receiving address before placing their order.
In the rare case that the product purchased is no longer available, our customer service team will immediately get in touch with you and issue a full refund on your order. We reserve the right to cancel orders that abuse our Terms & Conditions. We will refund those orders suspected of fraud.
